Towards growth together

Where wellness meets creativity

A place beyond “home” and “work”, where one finds a sense of belonging, is essentially what Third Place means.

Muse Collective’s public events as well as corporate workshops are curated to make better mental health accessible, creative, and interactive. We’ve honed in on specific elements from the Science of Well-being and Positive Psychology—encouraging self-expression, emotional exploration, and personal growth, whether that’s for work or play.

In less than a year of activity, we have curated and led 40+ successful engagements, holding space for over 350 participants globally. The work we do, ultimately, feeds into shaping a Third Place for Sri Lankans amidst the boom in migration and the inevitable loss of identity.

Really enjoyed the entire session. I am someone who gets very self-conscious when doing anything creative and I usually end up overthinking and struggling. But this session really helped me to get my creative juices flowing and I created through instinct and it felt very natural! So great session overall. Just the right enough of direction and freedom.

The workshop overall helped me think from another angel. Zainab also provided comprehensive and instructive approach to think. It helps me declutter my thoughts when journaling. I enjoy the time we spent with the like-minded individuals. Thanks!

This space, as small as it was felt made me feel like i belonged and like i was understood and makes me hope that i will be understood by society too. You feel a sense of connectedness through sessions like these and it’s incredible to see you create spaces like these around your background and area of interests.

This workshop gave me a great insight into what journaling is and the true purpose behind it, along with how to ask yourself questions that would help with introspection. One tip that Zainab recommended that stuck with me was associating journaling with a task you do in your daily routine, such as having coffee, which makes it easier to make time for it. I felt so much more excited to try journaling as soon as the workshop ended, and It already feels so rewarding. I look forward to joining the online journaling group in the near future. Thank you for taking the time to hold these workshops; it was truly helpful.

The activities were really fun, and I like that those who were uncomfortable sharing weren’t pressured to! The selection of creative supplies was great and the way each participant was spoken to individually and also offered assistance and inspo was really sweet.
